Manager Procurement Relationship

Description

1.     Receives purchase requests from business units.

2.     Analyses the compliance of requests with policies and procedures.

3.     Analyses the compliance of requests with specified category spend.

4.     Drives buy-in and coordination between Centre and Bus.

5.     Drives development and distribution of Market intelligence for own categories.

6.     Drives sourcing strategies and bid list definition to submit to senior buyers and Proc. Manager.

7.     Leads commercial/contractual discussions and negotiations.

8.     Drives performance management process for own categories.

9.     Recommends and oversees intervention on suppliers for own categories.

10.   Ensures vendor adherence to policies, procedures, quality and speed.

11.   Acts as a point of contact for the business requiring categories and supports senior buyers in challenging demand management

• Market experience and product knowledge.
• Proper contract management.

• Excellent communication (bilingual) and presentation skills – written and verbal.
