6. Drives sourcing strategies and bid list definition to submit to senior buyers and Proc. Manager. |

7. Leads commercial/contractual discussions and negotiations. |

8. Drives performance management process for own categories. |
|
9. Recommends and oversees intervention on suppliers for own categories. |
|
10. Ensures vendor adherence to policies, procedures, quality and speed. |
|
11. Acts as a point of contact for the business requiring categories and supports senior buyers in challenging demand management |
