From the first day you join the BSF Bankers Associate Program you will be part of our vision to transform banking in the Kingdom.
Our one-year graduate program is a combination of 6 months training within one of our 4 business streams, plus behavioral and leadership skills, followed by 6 months ‘on-the job’ training working within a friendly, dynamic team who will support you to grow your knowledge and fulfill your potential within the world of banking.
General Business Stream :
This stream focuses on the core and operational side of banking and the product and services that are offered to our clients.
Digital Banking & Segmentation Stream :
An introduction to cutting-edge technology, to analyzing and managing Big Data, the process of client profiling and digital customer experience, and creativity and innovation within product development.
Credit & Market Risk Stream :
This program designed to provide the best global practice in credit and market risk analysis.
Finance Stream :
Focusing on understanding the methodologies behind established analytical tools and methods. You'll gain a deep understanding of topics such as Bank Analysis, Behavioral Finance, Data Analytics, and Skills for Performance Excellence
BSF’s Banker Associate program is focused on developing your practical skills through experiential, immersive ‘on the job’ training, cutting-edge learning technologies, and global best practices. Program participants will be fully equipped for a successful and rewarding career within the banking sector.
- Bachelor or Master in : Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information System,Information System, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering.
- Fresh Graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.2/4 or 4/5
- The applicant must be a Saudi national.
