Administrator Data Center First Level Support

Performs daily routine computer operations and network monitoring duties by following well defined schedules, procedures, documentations and instructions. Logs, escalates and follows up problems.

Perform scheduled and ad-hoc system jobs – report printing; batch processing; backup/restore – as per operational and user requirements and ensure correct and timely availability of business information

• IT Diploma   certificate.
• At least one year’s diploma in mainframe and mid-range computer fundamentals.
• Two to three years hands-on and practical IT work experience of computer operations  – preferably in a banking or similar environment.
• Basic technical knowledge and good operational knowledge of the operating systems, especially Mainframe MVS, UNIX, Windows as well as databases – Oracle, Datacom/DB2, etc.
