- This level requires good knowledge of Access and Key management strategies. With minimal supervision and guidance should be able to execute and maintain the access and key management functional responsibilities for BSF, is responsible for execution of day to day tasks in access and key management function
- Should process good knowledge of risk management, vulnerability management, and international standards, SAMA and NCA Mandates and understanding of cyber security policies standards and guidelines. The level also is required understanding of security testing, risk management methodologies, vulnerability management and information security governance methodologies
- Provides day-to-day operational support in access control & key management.
- Responsible for the creation of user profiles as required & authorized by the business.
- Housekeeping of application pertaining to access Control and key management
- Revocation of access credentials based on business authorization
- Modification of user profiles – rights and privileges bases on authorizations from business
- Login credentials resets upon validation of BSF employee numbers
- Key management and HSM technologies management
- SARIA Access management
- Application testing
- Project team member to perform activities allotted by the senior level or department head
- Escalates to department head / senior level any unresolved issues on access control and Key management
- Maintenance of all relevant documentation pertaining to access Control and Key management projects.

- A candidate at this level is expected to demonstrate reasonable knowledge of:
- Excellent access control and Key management skills.
- Good knowledge of Banking processes.
- Excellent Application and OS skills.
- Knowledge on Programming and logic.
- Fair Technological skills on Identity Management & Single sign on solutions
- Good problem solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of using MS Office Software.
- A Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree preferably in Cybersecurity or IT / Computer Science or related discipline.
- Professional Certification(s), in related field
- 3 to 6 years of experience especially user provisioning and access control.
