Senior Manager Corporate Channels

Job Description & Accountabilities:

• Supervise enterprise programs related to channels and overall programs success. Ensure programs delivered successfully with the highest possible outcome to the Bank.
• Lead the development of new projects or programs from inception through to delivery into production environment.
• Maintain continues alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and organizational objectives.
• Define and control program governance.
• Manage stakeholders’ communication.
• Align the deliverables to the program/project outcomes.
• Direct and manage project team to achieve defined outcomes.
• Work with vendors supporting projects delivery to the program/project desired outcomes.
• Participate and support the programs steering committees.
• Capture business needs’ changes and participate in steering the program for the new deliveries in alignment with steering committee directions.
• Participate in technology evaluation and selection as part of projects delivery process.
• Collaborative and consultative nature of the role required.
• Attend business and IT adhoc needs within existing capabilities.
• Operate with a fair degree of independence, dealing with professional staff and managers.
• Build credibility and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization.
• Manage and utilizing resources across projects.
• Coach, mentor, and lead personnel within the department.
• Arrange program status briefings with higher management and steering committees.
• Plan the overall program/project delivery roadmap and maintain monitor and steering the progress.
• Manage the program/project budget in alignment with subordinate’s team.
• Manage program/project risks and issues and taking corrective measurements in alignment with subordinate’s team.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher educational level in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree.
• 10+ years’ proven work experience as a program management or related senior IT managerial position.
• Experience with different technologies which drives decisions on technical solutions.
• Extensive experience in IT projects delivery related to Corporate channels, trade and cash platforms
• Proven experience in leading project delivery teams.
• Excellent organizational leadership and management skills.
• An analytical mindset and great problem solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly interfacing with professionals; highly collaborative.
• Ability to influence and drive team members to make decisions.
• Ability to work positively with wide range of individuals involved in program/project.
• Great knowledge on budgeting and resource allocation process.
• Through understanding of program management techniques and methods.
• Solid experience in supervising local and outsourced projects.
• Deep technical understanding and knowledge combined with architectural experience.
