Reporting to the Head of Group Marketing & Corporate Communications, you will oversee brand portfolio strategy.Your mission is to drive the Bank towards achieving its stated ambition to become the most experience focused bank in the region. We’re not happy with just being up there – we want to be world class and recognized for it.

 Accountabilities

  • Be responsible for Brand Architecture and Portfolio Strategy across the Bank.
  • Design a brand portfolio that maps and provides clarity to existing brands.
  • Recommend opportunities to improve our portfolio in order to deliver long-term objectives.
  • Provide clear brand guardrails.
  • Apply focused strategy across diverse, concurrent campaigns and partnerships.
  • Champion the human, making sure we are focused on the needs of real people, in the real world.
  • Commission and analyze research (qualitative, quantitative, ethnographic), collaborating with internal research teams as well as working with external specialists.
  • Analyze Cultural, Technological and Market trends to inform strategic and creative development.
  • Capture and bring to life powerful human insights.
  • Develop sharply focused creative briefs and deliver inspiring creative briefings.
  • Collaborate and support creative teams before and after the briefing.
  • Clear and compelling presentation of strategies and ideas to executive stakeholders grounded in data.
  • Campaign evaluation and optimization.

المهارات

You will be a leader with proven experience of building global brands, who likes to stay close to the work. Ideally, you will have 5-10+ years experience as a brand planner or strategist at a brand design or creative agency, consultancy, research company or internal brand-based team. You will be both humble and inspiring - able to unlock human and cultural stories, challenge assumptions and inspire creative and product teams to develop impactful marketing strategies in service of real human needs.

  • You will be open, creative and analytical.
  • You will have a proven ability to: use data to identify insights and build compelling stories, ask and answer different and difficult questions, inspire and support teams with data, evaluate work, learn and adapt quickly.
  • You will have experience collaborating with organizations.
  • You will ideally have experience in the financial services industry.
  • You will preferably have international experience.
  • You will be fluent in English (Arabic is an asset).
