This role is rresponsible for Regional Sales processes and to offer a range of Cash Management products & services for Corporate & Commercial clients including, FrasniGlobal – e-Banking Channel, Cash Management, B2B Transactional Services, MA CUG – SWIFT based closed user group, Bill Payments, Bulk Payments, Payrolls, Direct Debits, Dividend Payments, e-Document – online Export LC's, Client Trade – online Import LC's & Guarantees, POS and ATM’s.  In addition to these tasks, this role also is responsibilities for active participation in the development of implementation and client training of customized Cash Management solutions. 

Regional Cash Management Sales Manager” is responsible for providing Corporate and Commercial customers with Cash Management flow services in assigned Region. This role requires 8-10 years’ of experience in the field of Cash Management, Staff Management experience to manage a team of Cash Management developing professionals, and other related areas.

 

  • Manages Regional Cash Management functional area to make the best use of the resources available in order to deliver excellent service standards with a view to meet all business lines expectations, service demands and SAMA requirements
  • Reviews performance and provides ongoing feedback on a formal & informal basis) so that all subordinates are aware of what they are required to achieve and how they are performing against their objectives
  • Manages day to day operations of e-services and business lines interaction in regions
  • Maintains a close cooperation with all Relationship Managers, provides exceptional support to new and existing clients and prioritize internal and external contacts with service requests, inquiries or technical issues related to cash management services
  • Conducts periodic reviews of existing Cash Management client files to ensure all documentation is complete and up to date and also conducts  annual reviews on all cash management client services and recommending appropriate funding limits to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Participates in product development initiatives and cooperates with development teams
  • Participates with the GTB Cash Management Manager in preparing the annual operating plans and budgets for the region so that the Cash Management is aware of anticipated revenues and costs
  • Conducts regular meetings with Cash Management Sales team with a view to finding ways, to improve the systems efficiency, processes, improve in the area of control, monitoring, encouraging team work and staff engagement
  • Ensures that subordinates adhere to the Cash Management policies and procedures so that a high-quality, timely service is provided to customers
  • Overviews the staff training and development requirements, proposes specified development programs in specialized areas as well as overseeing the continues in-house staff enrichment through weekly meetings
  • Leads the process of effective Regional Cash Management manpower planning including recruiting, retaining, ensuring cross functional assignments adopting, implementing relevant HR best practices and ensuring a high level of employee engagement and motivated work environment
  • Provides reports, metrics and summaries regarding e-sales activities, manages monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS reports prepared and submitted to Management, Financial Control, External Auditors and for onward transmission to SAMA, wherever applicable
  • Coordinates with External and Internal Auditors for providing the relevant documents and take necessary steps to close audit recommendations
  • Provides feedback on customer demands, issues for management review and decisions
  • Implements any special assignment or project given by the GTB Cash Management Manager

المهارات

  • Bachelor degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • 7-10 years, experience in Cash Management in banking environment.
  • Ability to implement commercial business plans set by senior management.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft office productivity tools - Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • Detailed technical knowledge of all e-products and services.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic language both written and spoken.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Good ability to train clients on all e-products and services.
  • Excellent organization and administrative skills.
