Reporting to the Head of Performance and Monitoring Department, you will be accountable for integrity, operation and support for CPCCD solutions. Your mission is to create, design and reports which drive the Bank towards achieving its stated ambition to become the most experience focused bank in the region. We’re not happy with just being up there – we want to be world class and recognized for it. To achieve this, you will need to:

  • Preparing the daily, weekly, monthly and annually CPCCD reports.
  • Create and design useful reports when CPCCD needs it.
  • Send the daily SAMA KPI’s reports to assure that four of them are monitored & maintained.
  • Coordinate with Business Objects team in case of any failure and/or adjustment.
  • Coordinate with system team to improve and enhance CMS “Complaints Management System”
  • Find solutions to automate and manual function that will add value in CPCCD.
  • Find solutions to extract SAMACares reports to be in CMS.
  • Find solutions to make SAMACares KPI’s standards/methodology are applicable in CMS.

المهارات

You will be a naturally inquisitive and have a strong background in MIS and have a quantitative discipline in your educational background.

  • Substantial experience in banking or equivalent fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking fields or any equivalent.
  • Proven Banking or equivalent MIS experience.
  • Must be able to communicate both in Arabic and English
  • Sound knowledge on KSA regulatory environment
  • High ethical standards
  • Vast experience in team work and communication.
  • Must have common Sense
  • Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and to handle large workloads;
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service;
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with customers,
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
