- Organizes and plans the work of supervisors (direct reports) so that resources are optimally utilized, is maximized and ensures that the work carried out in compliance with all relevant procedures.
- Assists to other Senior supervisors to clear the work load and also performs as a backup when required
- Participates with Manager during different business lines meetings (Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Financial Institutions etc.) in a consultative mode to resolve customers and credit issues and acquires approvals as necessary in order to avoid bottle necks
- Replies customers and correspondent bank queries and ensures complaints are addressed promptly and within service standards to achieve customer satisfaction
- Oversees the process work to ensure time and quality standards are met in accordance with International & local rules and within standard turnaround time with zero error.
- Conducts root cause analysis along with Senior Manager of the department for occurring problems in processes, procedures and customer issues and take corrective action.
- Advises and follows up with the team and ensures monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS reports prepared and submitted to Management.
- Ensures the staff training and development requirements are based on recommendations provided in the KPIs. Proposes specified development programs in as well as overseeing the continues in-house staff enrichment through weekly meetings and small in-house coaching groups.
- Implements any special assignment or project given by the Senior Manager
- Identifies critical business issues and develops workable solutions, consolidates, evaluates and implements the development processes affecting to COD services
- Communicates replies of SAMA and Audit related inquiries and implementation the recommendations
