As a leader, will be responsible for the change management strategy of this group. She/He will play a key role in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling this function. This would involve conceiving, designing, formulating, and staffing the business processes, and ensuring change initiatives and projects meet objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role will also need to manage impact and align with changes to wider organizations business processes, systems & technology, and organization structures. In this function the person will create plans and work with the teams towards driving faster adoption of divisions Target Operating Model, its higher engagement, increased proficiency, and reduced resistance from different parts of the organization.

As a leader she/he will need to collaborate with strategy delivery and many others in the organization to succeed. She/He will act as a coach for seniors in seeking their support in fulfilling their role of a change sponsor while providing direct support and coaching to other immediate and extended teams. The person will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans, and be overall responsible for managing demand and project portfolio within the group.

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities: Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Support communication efforts: Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Assess the change impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Support training effort: Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Own, execute, and drive automation of the Demand management process for the division and aligning to the organizations standards and processes
  • Own and perform the PMO functions for the division, and aligning to the organizations delivery standards and processes.

المهارات

  • Business degree in management, finance, or strategy
  • A proven background in Change Management, program management in the Banking & Finance domains
  • 6 to 8 years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area, during which both professional and management capabilities have been clearly demonstrated
  • Related certifications (CMP, Agile Coach, PMP) or designation
  • Prior experience in Banking industry.
  • Leader, Initiator with good execution capability
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels and diversity in an organization
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Experience with organizational-wide change efforts.
