This role provides supports the Cash Management Sales efforts for the Corporate and Commercial clients of the Bank. The role holder must have knowledge of Bank and Cash Management products and services offerings.  Assists in preparation of proposals and implementation of products and services.  This role also participates in the client training of customized Cash Management solutions

  • Provides support to Cash Management Sales Managers, Sales Teams on assigned tasks
  • Prepares and obtains approval of proposals including pricing, customer agreements and implementation documents in accordance with Global Transaction Business policies and procedures
  • Provides exceptional support to new and existing clients and prioritize internal and external contacts with service requests, inquiries or technical issues related to specific to Business lines and Cash Management Services
  • Participates in product development initiatives and cooperate with development teams
  • Coordinates day to day operations of e-services, interacts with business lines and provides technical support for all Cash Management Services
  • Conducts annual reviews on all cash management client services and recommends appropriate transactions and funding limits to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Follows up with Cash Management clients to assist in the collection of necessary information and documents for implementation of new services as requested by the Cash management Sales teams
  • Participates in the project to convert active manual customers to BSF Electronic Channels
  • Assists in training of Sales Cash Management Managers, Sales Teams and other Relationship Officers in cash management products and services
  • Undertakes complex and non-routine operational and administrative activities conducting additional research where necessary, to support ongoing business activities and provide high quality service to internal and external customers
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, metrics and summaries regarding e-sales activities and submitted to Management,
  • Performs any other activity assigned by the Sales Regional Manager

المهارات

  • Excellent command of Microsoft office productivity tools - Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • Detailed technical knowledge of all Cash Management Products and Services.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Good ability to train clients on Cash Management Products and Services.
  • Excellent organization and administrative skills.
  • University degree in the field of Computer Science, Business Admin, Finance, or Information
  • 1-3 years prior experience in a bank environment specifically in same fields “Cash Management”
