- Manage the assigned portfolio from all aspects (business, customers & regulatory requirements)
- Focus on BSF relationship with other banks (local and international) to ensure maintaining a leading position in the market and acquire a wider market share
- Maintain full awareness of all compliance related policies (locally and internationally) to be fully aware of all new regulation related to correspondent banking and sanction rules
- Wide knowledge in correspondent banking products and activities such as payment, trade and treasury
- Stay close to the customers through calls, meetings and attending major global event to have the best representation for BSF and give the proper image of the country and economy
- Keep updated with the latest economic and political news and updates as it has an impact on the FI business in general
- Analyze the MIS data and look for rooms for improvement and opportunities for cross sell
- Prepare all credit proposals and annual reviews in a timely manner and ensure filing for all approvals in place
- Ensure implementation of all internal policies and fulfill all due diligence requirements
- Asses the risk of the portfolio according to any economic, political or regulatory updates
- Approve pricing on business and perform periodic review for repricing exercise
- Clear adherence to all internal policies and audit recommendations
- Maintain clear communication with internal departments to ensure serving our customers at the highest quality
- Update the management on any new prospect or news that might affect the business
- Represent BSF in major international events and forums
المهارات
- Bachelor degree in Business or Economics
- Minimum 2 years banking experience in general
- Strong communication skills
- Some knowledge on credit and sovereign risk
- Relationship management skills
- Ability to keep up to date with changes in rules or international policies
- Bilingual (fluent English and Arabic)
- General banking knowledge and understanding
- Good interpersonal skills
- General knowledge of the global economy and international cultures
