Job Purpose
This role is responsible for providing a full range of general banking services i.e., opening and closing accounts, transferring checking financial transactions, savings, and other time deposit accounts. Ensures the delivery of high quality customer service and compliance to bank policies and procedures to large Retail, Corporate and other business lines customers.
Description
• Accepts various types of payments, local currency deposits and cashes, local currency checks within assigned limits
• Verifies validity of endorsements and identification of presenters on all items, financial transactions, deposits, encashment
• Undertakes the responsibility of verifying all customers’ signatures before processing any transaction
• Encourages customers to transact on the Bank’s Digital Channels (Fransi Plus, Fransi Mobile and etc.) and promotes the services offered on ATMs and Digital Channels
• Maintains balances of daily cash, maintains custody of foreign and local currency cash box
• Verifies cash drawers, prepares balances of daily work using forms in accordance with standard procedures
• Prepares appropriate reports/returns for timely submission to Management for verification and further action
Skills
• High School certificate
• 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Full knowledge of BSF policies and procedures related to organization, operations, management guidelines, products and services
• Written and spoken fluency in Arabic and English is preferable
• Good analytical skills related to financial figures and statistics
