Job Description

This role is responsible for achieving revenues and asset growth for both volumes and revenues of self and team by marketing products to existing client base and also enhancing the client base by establishing new relationships and acquiring fresh assets from WM Clients and cross selling other BSF Products.

This role is responsible for establishing, developing and serving a portfolio of Wealth Management clients by formulating solutions on all aspects of personal financial planning and wealth management, promotes the full range of the Bank’s products, services and solutions to satisfy customers’ requirements and achieves Annual Budget.  This role manages a small team mainly consisting of Relationship Managers and Relationship Officers.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensures budget achievement on monthly, quarterly, annually basis for himself and his team while evaluating revenues and spreads in order to reach continued profitability.
  • Determines financial and patrimonial needs of clients and provides them with the most appropriate solutions.  Refers services and products that addresses their needs from both core banking and cross selling (SFC, GMG) in a fully integrated manner.
  • Performs prospecting duties by using personal social circle, other business line contacts, and active referrals from existing satisfied clients.
  • Maintains existing relationships and continually obtaining clients requirements to provide them with the most appropriate services and solutions.  Joins in  client visits with team members, provides support to services and solutions.
  • Overlooks the daily operations of clients for self and team.  Ensures that prompt actions is taken on maturing deposits and facilities, expiring IDs and Cards, delivery of cards, regularisation of exceptional transactions, Freeze, dormant, inactive accounts and obtaining customer consents.
  • Acquires advanced knowledge on credit operations and all risks involved. Engages in the preparation of the supporting documentation of client credit application with the credit team for self and team.  Closely monitors client credit facilities, reacting promptly to any potential discrepancy.
  • Maintains proper legal files. Monitors the team to document all communications with clients through call memos.  Promptly obtains any documentary requirements from clients.  Complies with approved policies and procedures of BSF,SAMA and CMA.
  • Immediately informs management of any risk whether potential or real that may in any way be damageable to either the client or to the bank.
  • Ensures self, procedure and product knowledge development of the team. Monitors, manages, motivates and coaches them to optimize their capabilities and to excel in services provided to clients, Performs resource management and allocation.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Economical related courses
  • 7 years of experience in financial institutions or 5-7 years in Wealth Management
  • Managing small teams’ financial target oriented
  • Broad relationships with clients (actual / prospect)
  • Excellent Communications, listening and negotiating skills
  • Solid Sales and Marketing Knowledge
  • Deep knowledge of Portfolio Management
  • Deep knowledge of Financial Instruments
  • Good knowledge of Law and Government
  • Good knowledge of Sharia Compliant Investments
  • Administration and Management of a small team
  • English literate
