Job Description
This position lies within the Talent Centre of Expertise within HRG. Working in partnership with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development Dept.and Business Line Managers, it is responsible for managing, controlling and monitoring a number of critical Human Capital processes, notably Talent identification, development and retention; and for planning and managing assessment processes including Assessment and Development Centres in support of the TM Strategy.
Accountabilities
- Review & evaluate all BSF assessment & selection methodologies including Psychometric Assessment, Talent Evaluation, Talent (Personal) Development Plans and BSF Assessment Centers for PDP, MDP and ICDP Talent Pools.
- Manage subordinates (Talent Management specialists) who are responsible for the assessment and development of potential talents being nominated for various BSF junior development programs.
- Conduct TM Annual Reviews with Divisional Heads on all matters relating to TM and provide status reports and update all records including HRMS-Oracle.
- Design, plan and manage Assessment& Development Centers, and act in the Integration Sessions as a Lead Assessor, and as an assessor [when required].
- Review reports and matrices relating to Talent Management Processes and half yearly submit to the Head of Talent Management& L&DExecutive Reports and statistical analysis.
- Plan& agree the annual TM budget with the Head of Talent Management and L&D and monitor expenditure and provide exception reports where necessary.
- Develop& obtain endorsement of Personal Development Plans for BSF Talents with each concerned Division Head& the Head of Talent Management for PDPs, MDPs and ICDPs.
- Conduct feedback meetings for talent executives relating to their own Development Plans and share findings, agree, implement and monitor progress and report to Head of Talent Management and L&D.
- Review, update and maintain TM Policy& Procedures, annually or wherever required.
- Plan and manage ICDP portfolio including initial nomination, ELP Tests, Psychometrics Assessments and ACs. In addition to conducting feedback meetings and monitoring Personal Development Plans. [Up to Ex. Mgrs]
- Develop and maintain leadership and specialist development programs
- Analyze leadership development needs and design/deliver programs to close gaps
- Evaluate effectiveness of leadership programs and establish ROI methodology
- Identify and work with strategic partners to contribute to external training, such as professional training providers, business schools, and others
- Develop talent pool-specific programs
- Design and deliver various interventions such as mentorship, coaching, assessments, simulations, etc.
- Maintain any necessary leadership development policies and procedures
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience particularly in recruitment and or career planning
- Minimum of 5 years Talent Management exposure.
- Minimum Degree and/or HR professional qualification
- SHL accredited and licensed by the British Psychometric Society.[Essential]Experience in training environment
- English Language proficiency at advanced level (British Council Standard)
- Upper intermediate computer skills (Microsoft office/ HRMS)
- Knowledge of Banking sectors and functions
