Specialist Data Center First Level Support

This role will perform the following:

Troubleshooting issues:

• Ability to Work around and in the application level to find out the root cause and find corrective action.
• Ability to drive the application security level (maintain TLS, cipher/security level), deploy the highest security level to application.
• Deploy and install the CSR, certificates and troubleshooting the application security level.
• Ability to maintain the security gab level (close the security finding related to the web servers features.

Application  Deployment Skills:

• Implementing and deployment application (On windows or LINUX servers).
• Install and configure application infrastructure (Web containers like, Tomcat, JBOSS, WebSphere and OS roles and futures)
• Install and configure security requirements on application side (Enable TLS, generate certificate, configure encryptions methodology)
• Deploy release and fixes on this application system
• Migrate and upgrade applications to new servers or to a new OS system.
• Work closely with the vender to deploy /implement application features
• Workaround and debugging incident to find out the root cause and find corrective action and involve escalate the incident to vender.

Data recovery (DR Jobs):

• Review Switching document, update and validate steps
• Maintain and sync DR system with production system
• Implement Switching steps in application end
• Record issues in DR switching and involve application owner to resolve the issues.

• Good experience (3 – 4 years+) in the OS level (Windows servers , Linux Redhat)
• Good experience (3 – 4 years+) in deploying application in Windows /LINUX servers.
• Ability to maintain the OS to check servers resources utilization

• On call 24/7 for incident and urgent deployment
• Application deployment, debugging and tracing.
• Install administer IIS and   Dot.Net features  and  verify IIS server related issues that requires some services to check and must be up and running .
• Ability to maintain the OS to check servers resources utilization
