Job Description

  • Execute supplier screening as per the procedures defined by the category team.
  • Execute a seamless supplier onboarding exercise per the defined framework, ensure the enabling completion of onboarding activities, and activate the system for sourcing.
  • Monitor suppliers' KPIs and ensure action to improve performance as required.
  • Manage Supplier Portal targeting superior user experience, 100% uptime, and updated information/ data.
  • Maintain and update the supplier scorecard repository.
  • Coordinate with the end users to collate supplier performance e.g., Quality, Delivery, etc. Support in supplier performance improvement plan and track improvement initiatives.
  • Escalate major issues on supplier performance to Category Leads for improvement initiatives.
  • Flag supplier risks while entering into agreements per maintained supplier performance data.
  • Ensure effective and efficient relationships with Suppliers.
  • Maintain internal organizational coherence to enable consistent communications with Suppliers.

Skills

  • Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration “Mandatory”
  • Holding a Certification in Vendor Management or Procurement “Preferable”
  • Minimum 3Ys of experience in Contract Management and Procurement fields
  • Experience in SAMA R&R related to Vendor and Outsourcing “Preferable”
