Job Description

The role holder is responsible for managing a portfolio of learning programs from initiation to closure. Working with the Senior Manager of Learning and Development, you will create, develop, implement and conduct training and development programs for BSF employees. You will communicate with internal stakeholders to discuss skill gaps, and training needs to assist you in creating learning plans while linking them to strategic goals and business impact. You will act as a Learning and Training consultant/subject matter expert where you will be expected to stay up–to-date with learning and development trends in the market. Must demonstrate a consistent customer focus in support of Learning & Development team. Responsible for all day to day operations.

Accountabilities

  • Support in the Training Need Analysis process to ensures that critical skill needs of key talent segments are addressed through learning and development (L&D) actions, and that feeds into budget formulation
  • Manage the development, delivery and evaluation of staff learning and development programs.
  • Work with the Senior Manager of Learning and Development on the design, implementation and updates of business-specific learning paths / curriculums;
  • Support Talent Management in the delivery of leadership, management and culture-building learning programs.
  • Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the proper delivery of regulatory and mandatory learning programs.
  • Ensure all training and development plans are in accordance with TM&L policy and procedures.
  • Analyze and report on training effectiveness and performance of training providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of training and development activities in LMS, eLearning Platforms, and other learning technologies and provide process enhancement recommendations where fit.
  • Continuously maintain broad knowledge of the emerging trends in learning and future workforce needs and behaviors.

Skills

  • University graduate with a degree in Behavioral Science or a Commercial discipline
  • 2-4 years of solid and relevant HR, Learning and Talent Management experience – in Banking or in Consulting
