Senior Officer Digital Delivery

We are looking for an energetic Business Analyst who has a solid business acumen combined with a technical base. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Deployment and working alongside our operations and deployment teams to support delivery. You will collaborate across teams and functions to help develop creative solutions able to deliver projects on time and without compromise.

You will work alongside multiple teams and will be key to the overall project management, developing and monitoring project performance.

Accountabilities

• Strong analytical skills and mastery of the Microsoft Office product suite
• Interest and familiarity with technology (or a strong willingness to learn) and the ability to communicate with engineering and development teams.
• Exceptional communication skills both oral and writtenYou can adapt your communication style to different audiences

• Whilst speaking Arabic will take you places here, fluency in English is a must.

• Bachelor degree, Business Administration, Business Management or similar fields
• 2 - 5 year of banking experience, or in the similar field
• Highly customer-centric with a passion to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• High levels of personal and professional integrity
• Ability to encourage followership, motivate and develop a diverse group of people towards a challenging goal
