Digital Delivery Support

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Digital Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of sprints and agile projects.  You are organized and able to manager multiple work streams, with the ability to align stakeholders at the creation of best in class UI and UX across our digital assets. 

Accountabilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Digital Product Associates and Digital Engineers.
• Create original graphic designs e.g. images, sketches and tables before transforming these through wireframe and final product.
• Illustrate design ideas using story boards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Build page and app navigation designs.
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how apps and sites function and look like
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams, customers and other key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems such as responsiveness
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, images and positioning

• Being a ‘banker’ will be an advantage, but is by no means critical. We need someone that has a genuine and authentic passion for UX and is willing to ‘go-to-bat’ on behalf of our customers.
• Exceptional team working, fun, high energy with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and outlook will be words that others will have used to describe you.
• You want to get ahead and are hungry to learn.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer
• Knowledge of wireframe tools e.g. InVision and other UX tools
• Whilst speaking Arabic will take you places here, fluency in English is a must.
