Senior Officer Corporate Communications

Senior officer communications duties and responsibilities will entail developing and executing comprehensive corporate communications and CSR strategies; managing our relationship with the media and agencies; working with stakeholders to design corporate materials; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives and providing professional assistance in all areas of communications, CSR, public relations and media relations.

Accountabilities

• Manage corporate social media calendar content and execute brand campaigns, with a strict timeline and locked prerequisite material to be able to deliver in a timely manner.
• Support the crises management strategy development and be in the on-call schedule as needed.
• Support the development of an event function.
• Revamp BSF digital assets to reflect an enhanced customer journey and company news.
• Manage the brand presence across all mediums.
• Support the development and implementation of corporate communications/CSR long term and short term plans and calendar.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder (business line, designers, PR agency, media…etc.)

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in the market, in corporate communications, CSR and media relations - brand management
• BA in related fields: Marketing, Advertising, Branding, PR and media relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage different projects at the same time
• Analytical, creative, problem solver, collaborative and innovative
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bonus: Project Management, negotiation and public speaking skills
