Job Description
Safety and Security is responsible for planning and directing the work of a group of individuals. Monitor their work and takes corrective actions when necessary
|
Following Audit, Compliance and or MOI/SAMA Requirements / regulations |
|
Manage and Control Safety, Security Management see that Safety and Security works are incompliance with BSF Standards and likewise SAMA regulations. |
|
Participate in developing strategy for total business services that enables Bank’s objectives. |
|
Develop and implement Policies and Procedures for Safety and Security Management for effective hassle free functioning of Service Division and the BSF. |
|
Manage the relations between Safety Security Management and Business Lines. Also, set objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate the safety of the staff’s. |
|
Organize activities of Safety and Security Management in order to ensure and maintain the highest standard of service. |
|
Monitor and Maintain Security Guard Saudization percentage ratio. |
|
Manages projects throughout the project life cycle, monitoring, controlling and reporting progress against plan, taking corrective action where necessary in order to ensure projects are implemented on time and within budget.
Ensures the effective implementation & quality of projects through leadership of the team setting objectives, managing performance and developing and motivating staff in order to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

Skills
- Level of education: bachelor degree or military background
- Minimum 7-15 Years of experience in a similar role or military environment
- Ability to understand management directions and implemented
- Ability to put goals and KPI’s and support to implemented
- Proactive to change and needs capable to lead staff thru implementing plans
- Understand the technologies of Safety and the way of implementing them
- Level of education: bachelor degree or military background
