Sales Animation Officer

Job Description

The role of the holder of this position is to ensure that all concerned that the relation officers in the branches of his region are meeting the minimum requirement of knowledge in term of products, branch services, applications, selling skills and sales tools and provide coaching to them as and when deemed necessary. In addition, the holder of this position should be aware level of motivation that the ROs need and possess in order to be able to motivate them to continue having their optimal performance. Also the holder of this position will also work as a liaison officer between the Head office and the branches under his responsibility in terms of marketing campaign, new products, sales tools and new businesses and to recommend any needed class training for a group of ROs.

Accountabilities

  • Reporting to Regional Sales Animation Manager
  • To provide coaching for the branch ROs in term of product knowledge, system knowledge, selling skills, system applications and reading reports, dashboards, morning meeting and CRM
  • Increase network level of efficiency and effectiveness for better productivity.
  • Unifying the branches language by having same information and knowledge in all branches.
  • Encourages and motivates workforce to sustain the best performance.
  • Monitoring the ROs performance and CRM activities on a daily basis.
  • Providing quality reports on a regular basis to simplify the ROs tasks.
  • Ensuring of implementation of SAMA rules by marketing ROs and BM .
  • Raising cross selling ability by BM and ROs.
  • To keep reminding workforce of the bank vision and raising their standards to cope with it.
  • Ensure to implement a very high standards of quality in providing services to the clients.
  • Ensure that the region is well on track in terms of target achievement.
  • Coaching all ROs once per quarter (visit minimum 4 ROs a week)
  • Monitoring his segment assignmentCoaching ROs, OJTs and Direct Sales
  • Deliver new campaigns, methods, circulars to branches
  • Encourage the ROs to utilize all available tools & resources like CRM, sales tools, ..etc. to reach their target.
  • Identify ROs training needs and recommend appropriate training sessions.
  • Conducting ROs quarterly meeting to discuss their performance.
  • Effective communication between other depts. And colleagues.
  • Ensure to implement a high standards of quality service
  • Create & encourage on a competitive culture between sales ROs

Skills

  • Bachelor /college degree in business studies/ Administration/ Management/ Economics/ sales & marketing/ Finance/ Accounting/ Banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Banking.
