Product Manager (Personal Finance)

This role is responsible for the following:

• Develop new and existing Personal Finance Products
• Enhance the origination process
• Being aware of initiatives elsewhere in the industry
• Ensure continuous improvements of customer experience as well as user experience
• Ensure acceptable regulatory control are put in place.

Accountabilities

• Works together with the Product business Head to plan and execute PF initiatives
• Works closely with the Product Owner, Sales, and Business Analysts, for understanding the system’s functional and non‐functional requirements
• Capable of running the product development process and activities as per the approved methodology of the bank besides ensuring complete documentation are fulfilled
• Provides a development plan that meets the future needs of our clients and markets, based on the state‐of‐the‐art technologies
• Re-engineers existing products and processes to improve product efficiency in various areas as needed
• Works jointly with the respective working group members and other product related teams for Product approvals, ISG developments, launch activities and sales support training
• Conducts daily products scrum meetings to update business development

• Bachelor degree
• 3-7 years of experience to handle major transformation that includes:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal Finance Business
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development role
• Excellent computer skills
• Good in English
• Excellent knowledge of marketing, sales and development processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent knowledge of BSF’s operations environment
• Good knowledge of system design and analysis
• Good knowledge of relevant products and services
• Sound knowledge of relevant procedures and policy
• Well-developed report writing skills
