Job Description

  • Responsible on managing & developing the product end to end.
  • Responsible on managing P&L of the product and ensure continuous P&L ownership, optimization and growth as well as budgeting and financial planning.
  • Acquisition and usage strategy development and implementation
  • Work together with the Product Owner to plan and execute projects
  • Develop a customer lifecycle management and portfolio activities to prosper portfolio growth and optimization
  • Develop and review credit policies
  • Develops business and marketing plans for assigned products, including pricing strategies, sales plans and implementation strategies
  • Works closely with the Product Owner, Sales, and Business Analysts, for understanding the system’s functional and non‐functional requirements
  • Collaborates with the Product Management in defining the Product Vision
  • Demonstrates leadership abilities to our clients with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules
  • Conducts Risk Management studies for business projects in order to reduce the negative impact on the objectives
  • Provides a development plan that meets the future needs of our clients and markets, based on the state‐of‐the‐art technologies
  • Re-engineers existing products and processes to improve product efficiency in various areas as needed
  • Works jointly with the respective working group members and other product related teams for Product approvals, ISG developments, project management and launch activities and sales support training
  • Conducts daily products scrum meetings to update business development
  • Ensure regulatory & legal requirements are implemented and all findings addressed
  • Build reporting requirements to manage end to end business for decision making
  • Onboard new merchants to BSF discount portfolio
  • Onboard new merchants to BSF EPP portfolio
  • Ensure all discount and EPP legal agreements/contracts are periodically reviewed and approved by Legal
  • Ensure supporting marketing activities are done to support cards proposition and spend (SMS, Electronic Direct Mailer, ATM screens, website, screen savers, etc…)
  • Complaint management and enhancing NPS
  • Any additional task not related to the above will be treated as an adhoc business requirement to be delivered for the benefit of the business which will be clearly communicated to the candidate
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, etc...
  • 2-6 years of experience to handle major transformation that includes:

4 years of experience in a similar role (cards, payments, product management)

2-3 years of experience in sales to understand the product and its markets, project management or management in general.
