Outsourcing Project Support Coordinator (6 months contract)

Job Description

This is a short time employment opportunity (6 months). 

Ensure end-to-end project including but not limited to:

  • Ensure the completeness and validity of staff physical files.
  • Ensure that all information provided in the records are based on the physical staff file.
  • Validate captured staff information on HRMS UATs and provide feedback and recommendations.
  • Manage communications with vendors and ensure implementation of all needed particulars as per set regulations.
  • Provide reports on the corrective actions taken with details to ensure closing set findings.
  • Ensure streamlining all related communication through the built centralized communication (Outsourcing team email)
  • Review forms and process flows, and provide recommendations/enhancements to the processes.
  • Ensure the implementation of facilitated vendor representatives, additionally, provide monthly attendance.
  • Ensure SLAs are implemented and are set whiten needed requested particular and set regulations.
  • Ensure that daily email requests are being taken care of and solved within a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper tracking and monitoring of employees information.
  • Handle SAMA reports and ensure the delivery on time.
  • Provide monthly activity reports that reflect the level of work processed.
  • Prepare statistical information to management accordingly
  • Attend meeting as required, and prepare MOM as requested by management accordingly.
  • Provide feedback on assigned workshops and projects particulars, and ensure implementation accordingly.
  • Track action items on MOMs and ensure completeness.
 

Skills

  • Traits and specification of candidates
  • Preferred to have high level of communication skills (Reading, writing and speaking in Arabic and English).
  • Must have a good level of MS product knowledge.
  • Has a history, even if minimal, of HR related work and understanding.
  • Able to perform archiving and other administrative tasks.
  • Very lenient and supportive in matters of multi task handling
