Job Description
To oversee all GMG activities as to ensure compliance with the banks and regulators guidelines. Produce daily reports on GMG activities. Ensure strong financial risk management throughout the group. Drive continuous improvements of treasury systems and procedures. Drive strategic treasury projects.

· Ensure GMG is compliant with internal and external regulations and guidelines. |
|
· Perform ongoing process improvement reviews and renovations |
|
· Lead the group’s New Product Approval (NPA) process |
|
· Manage Treasury’s projects and system implementations |
|
· Production of business reports for management, regulators and auditors |
Skills
|
· Highly motivated, creative and goal oriented individual with strong desire to drive efficiencies and process improvement |
|
· Strong Knowledge of Treasury products and services including documentation, accounting, post trade operational cycles |
|
· Proven ability to use both financial and non-financial information to direct tactical and operational decision making |
|
· Ability to ask the right questions, listen, facilitate discussion, manage complexity and resolve ambiguity |
|
· Proven ability to act independently as the primary owner of projects |
|
· Previous experience in managing regulatory inspections and audits within a financial institution |
|
· Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc |
|
· Excellent written and oral communication |
