Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Operations & Service Delivery, the Manager Operations & Service Delivery will be managing and directing the operations division of a new digital offering channel under the Strategy & Digital Group. He/she has to be passionate about Customer Experience, Digitalization, and Process Automation.

Accountabilities

  • Accountable to ensure efficient delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Contribute on the continues improvement plan.
  • Managing team where you will be in charge to Build their KPIs, Monitor their Performance, and Construct their Development plan.
  • The contact point with all stakeholders within and outside the bank for the operation.
  • Mentoring the department budget.
  • Reporting a parodically the department performance.
  • Work with the Customer Happiness to provide an outstanding Customer Experience.

Skills

  • Experience and Knowledge: A well knowledge and understanding of the banking operational practices and the regulators Roles and Responsibly in this regard. And proven experience in Payments, Cards, and Loan processes.

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 10 years of experience in banking operation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managerial level.
