Job Description
- Plan an integration program in such a way that resources are allocated across projects appropriately to maximize efficiency
- Review architecture plan of ETL job
- Review solution provided by development team for a job failure, or any incident handling
- Review quality standard of the ETL job development
- Do capacity planning for ETL
- Work with vendors of the project handled by EDM as SME
- Attend internal project meeting wherever SME advise is required
- Handle escalations, resolve issues, and take corrective actions if required
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
- Handle the dependencies between different projects
- Manage the risks involved in the program
- Establish a proper communication channel
- Report management status of online development
Skills
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent understanding of SQL programming, IBM Data Stage, ETL Tools
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Good knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
- Familiarity with the practical application of NoSQL\NewSQL databases
- Strong Knowledge of Oracle products, system architecture, data management
- Analytical mind with problem solving aptitude.
- Hands on experience supporting or working with ETL tools
- Project Management Experience
- Stakeholder Management Experience
