Responsible for Sales process to offer a range of Cash Management products & services for corporate & commercial clients in the region including: FransiGlobal – e-banking channel, Cash Management, B2B Transactional Services, MA CUG – SWIFT based closed user group, Bill Payments, Bulk Payments, Payrolls , Direct Debits, Dividend Payments, e-Document – online Export LC's, Client Trade – online Import LC's & Guarantees, POS and ATM’s.
In addition the tasks and responsibilities include the active participation in the development, implementation and client training of customized Cash Management solutions.
Accountabilities:
- Close cooperation with all Relationship Managers
- As member of the GTB play an active role for BSF clients from all business lines.
- Provide feedback on customer demands/issues
- Participate in product development initiatives and cooperate with development teams
- Convert active manual customers to BSF electronic channels
- Provide reports, metrics and summaries regarding e-sales activities
- Coordinate day to day operations of e-services and business lines interaction in regions
- Perform and execute any other activity that may be assigned by the Sales Regional Manager.
Skills
- University degree in the field of Business Admin, Finance, or Information Systems.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic language both written and spoken.
- 3-4 years prior experience in a bank environment.
- Has 3-4 years’ experience in the field of Cash Management/ other related area.
- Ability to implement commercial business plans set by senior management.
- Excellent command of Microsoft office productivity tools - Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Detailed technical knowledge of all e-products and services.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good ability to train clients on all e-products and services.
- Excellent organization and administrative skills.
- Excellent client relationship competencies.
- Excellent problem solving competencies.
- Ability to draft technical documents and presentations.
