Job Description
- The Corporate Analyst is accountable for timely and qualitative execution of all activities related to FI clients. The Corporate Analyst will deal with all customer related queries, requests and process the daily transactions in a timely manner. This Corporate Analyst reports to analyzing credit data and financial information of persons or the bank. This position requires the Corporate Analyst to follow procedures and carry out instructions as required.
- Provide accurate and timely operational support for the smooth handling of business line activities
- Process new trade finance request/payment, control/monitor roll-over transactions and verify that the requested loan is utilized based on the granted approved purpose in a timely and efficient manner.
- Check all types of signed security/legal documents are in accordance to the bank’s internal P&P and SAMA account opening procedure.
- Comply with BSF internal P&P/ SAMA rules. Ensure compliance in order to safeguard the bank against associated risks.
- Coordinate with other bank entities to ensure timely processing of all transactions.
- Ensure all SLAs are met for all internal processes
- Assist business line to achieve their operational goals
Skills
- Preparation of credit memo/ annual review under supervision of RM
- Follow up with internal departments on daily work (operation/CCM/COD and compliance)
- Onboarding process for new customers
- Responsible on limits overstepping under the supervision of RM’s
- Preparing customer profile report for call report
- Coordinate and follow up with RM’s on Nostro limits breaches
- Prepare MIS reporting / presentations
- Good knowledge of trade operation
- Good communication skills (Arabic/English)
- Good knowledge of relevant Bank products and services
- Has good computer knowledge and command over MS Office
