Concept Owner / Digital Product

Job Purpose

To work as part of cross functional teams to develop propositions through a series of sprints, with the objective of creating live products to be tested with real customers, forming the basis of future development and iteration. Reporting to the Product Lead, you will lead work on identifying the ‘jobs to be done’ for different end-customer segments, structuring primary and secondary research into insightful proposition ideas and proposals

You develop and sell a solution to stakeholders that brings together a real answer to a customer need, remixing design patterns, understanding what can be built in software, and what the potential business model could be.

Accountabilities

• Build an industry-changing set of banking services.
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams.
• You will ensure the development teams understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our customers.
• Clear experience in turning end-customer interviews
• and insights into amazing products and services
• You will maintain the product and product features from concept to end-of-life.
• You will work across technical architects, product marketing and development teams to ensure that business, quality and functional goals are met with each product release / sprint.

• 5-8 years of experience
