Job Description
- Define capability & capacity needs across program lifecycle
- Focus on recruitment activities and internal staffing to secure talents for CBS program and
- onboard required resources to CBS program
- Map changes to BAU roles / processes & document accordingly
- Assess & document CBS benefits, track CBS value realization and communicate to stakeholders
- Define communication roadmap & key messages to drive case for change and execute
- communication activities, leveraging multiple channels and tools
- Align with 3rd parties & BSF functions on training plan, topics & materials and identify all
- resources required to be trained and plan end-to-end training logistics
- Define and monitor training KPIs and establish & maintain repository of training materials
- Prepare feedback survey / change readiness survey for CBS program
- Share survey with CBS users, ensure high level of participation and analyze survey results and
- communicate feedback to all CBS stakeholders
- Track the involvement of all BSF employees in CBS, support line managers in defining CBS
- performance model framework and KPIs and QC assessment of performance based on KPIs
- Understand impacts of CBS program on customers, develop and share CBS related
- communications with customers, receive & analyze feedback and define action plan
Skills
- Organizational Development, Business Administration or comparable degree
- 4+ years of organizational change management, preferably in the IT
- transformation landscape
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and best
- practices
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the
- project lifecycle
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, motivating
- teams to a common vision
- Excellent relationship building, conflict resolution & time management skills
- Exceptional written and spoken skills in English
- Ability to work with a diverse team
- Presentation skills – Senior level
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and capabilities
- Deal with complex and difficult problems
- Ability to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate organizational structures and build networks
