Job Description
- Support in monitoring and ensuring business processes are changed in line with CBS
- Oversee and coordinate enhancement of business processes
- Support the BPO lead to act as a guardian of business process changes across all channels /
- products / customer domain
- Collaborate with business users to clarify and detail end-to-end needs
- Support implementation of new processes within bank’s operational teams
- Develop shared understanding of product required features, coordinate with developers bringing
- perspective from business end-users
- Communicate with and provide support to manage stakeholders (especially BSF departments
- and vendors)
- Ensure delivery of vendor gaps and support change request management
- Confirm gaps and coordinate with business users for required product customization
- Support the lead in challenging business users on need to ‘adopt’ instead of ‘adapt’ CBS solution
- Help manage Change requests according to business value and implementation risks
- Support in presenting and justifying customization at Change Control Board review
- Synchronize with Change the Bank for any change in existing applications
Skills
- Business Process Management, Business Administration or comparable degree
- 3+ years of experience in similar role in Financial Services industry
- Good understanding of Banking systems specially Core Banking
- Good understanding of Audit, Risk and Compliance
- Good verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Be able to convert business requirement into IT Functional specification
- Excellent relationship building, conflict resolution & time management skills
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analysis skills
- • Knowledge of Change management and process reengineering
- Exceptional written and spoken skills in English
- Ability to work with a diverse team
- Presentation skills – Senior level
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and capabilities
