BSF Bankers Associate Program
From the first day you join BSF Bankers Associate Program you will be part of our vision to transform banking in the Kingdom.
Our one-year graduate program is a combination of 6 months training within one of our 4 business streams, plus behavioral and leadership skills, followed by 6 months ‘on-the job’ training working within a friendly, dynamic team who will Support you to grow your knowledge and fulfill your potential within the world of banking.
Program Goal
BSF’s Banker Associate program is focused upon developing your practical skills through experiential, immersive ‘on the job’ training, cutting-edge learning technologies, and global best practices. Program participants will be fully equipped for a successful and rewarding career within the banking sector.
Skills
Program Requirements:
- Majors: Business administration- Engineering - Technology
- Fresh graduate with a minimum GPA of 2.75/4 or 3.75/5
- Fresh graduate or have less than 1 year of experience
- Bilingual.
Program streams:
Corporate and Global Market Business Stream:
The Business stream focuses on ensuring that you will have the keen understanding of the core and operational side of corporate banking and global market, along with the products and services that BSF offers to our clients.
Audit Stream:
The Audit stream focuses on giving you the technical foundation and audit techniques needed to successfully practice in the banking audit function, including IT audit.
Credit & Market Risk Stream:
The Risk stream is designed to provide you with the best understanding of global practices in credit and market risk.
Finance Stream:
The Finance stream is designed to give you the understanding of methodologies behind established analytical tools and methods at the core of the bank’s finance function, including banking technical foundation and essential data analytics and visualization skills.
