Provide information and administrative support to the head of department to enable a sound basis for decision making, delivery of a high quality service and facilitate business developments. Jobholders at this level must develop relationship management skills and other skills to become a project and structured finance specialist.

• Timely periodic credit review, regular construction progress reporting, thorough financial analysis, complete risk assessment, accurate internal risk grading on committed Syndicated Loans, Project Finance, Acquisition Finance, Aircraft Finance, Vessel Finance, Islamic Finance, Structured Finance, Securitization.
• Have an understanding of internal systems.
• Continuous and conscious monitoring of loan covenant compliance and key risk events that may potentially affect transactions.
• Prompt response to borrowers’ requests and ensure quality services are being provided.
• Review and create simple financial models for credit monitoring and/or advisory business.
• Assist in deal execution and CP fulfilment.
• Assist in marketing activities and presentation materials.

• Mininum 3 years’ experience in project & structured finance & syndications with well-known bank of international Repute.
• Broader knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong financial modelling and computer skills.
• Good knowledge of syndicated, project finance and/or non- recourse finance.
• Experience in loan documentation, due diligence and deal execution.
• Strong credit and financial analysis.
• Good knowledge of relevant banking products/services.
