This role is responsible for developing new and existing products and creative applications in E-Business, managing project teams, being aware of initiates elsewhere in the industry and ensuring sales and budget targets are met. This role plans and executes the Channels projects, such as, in the new phase of the Fransiplus transactional site, Fransi Global, and in Mobile banking.
Manages the entire Global Transaction Business product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and drives a solution that set across development teams

Conducts market research by visiting BSF clients and non BSF clients in order to specify market requirements for current and future productsMarketing plans devolved

Evaluates existing products, studies competitor and industry data in order to improve existing products and develop new products requirements and processes to improve product efficiency in various areas as needed

Acts as a second line of support to clients and provides the required support to Sales and Support team in all product related aspects

Ensures policies and procedures are implemented with respective cash management products and all products are compliant with regulatory directives and SAMA Regulations

Establishes knowledge base for all Cash Management solutions e.g., presentations, product library, pricing, proposals, client agreements, risk findings and training courses

Analyses and monitors product performance and client Transactions in alignment with other related units (sales team, support Team, Relationship managers)
- Quality and accuracy of deliverables measured
Works closely with the Product Owner, Sales, and Business Analysts, for understanding the system’s functional and non‐functional requirements

Works jointly with the respective working group members and other product related teams for Product approvals, ISG developments, launch activities and sales support training

Demonstrates leadership abilities to our clients with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules

Implements any special assignment or project given by the Manager

Skills
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration
- 5-7 years of experience in Cash Management, preferably a 2 years of IT development prior experience and
- 2-3 years of experience in sales to understand the product and its markets, project management or management in general
- Excellent command of Microsoft office productivity tools - Word, Power Point, Vision, MS Project and Excel
- Good understanding of Cash Management market needs and services
- High level of innovative ideas
- Excellent planning and implementation skills
- Excellent team working and communication skills
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Good in English
- Excellent knowledge of marketing, sales and development processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
