This role is responsible for developing new and existing products and creative applications in E-Business, managing project teams, being aware of initiates elsewhere in the industry and ensuring sales and budget targets are met. This role plans and executes the Channels projects, such as, in the new phase of the Fransiplus transactional site, Fransi Global, and in Mobile banking.
Works together with the Product Owner to plan and execute projects.

Develops business and marketing plans for assigned products, including pricing strategies, sales plans and implementation strategies.

Works closely with the Product Owner, Sales, and Business Analysts, for understanding the system’s functional and non‐functional requirements.
- Products systems requirements understood and executed
Collaborates with the Product Management in defining the Product Vision.
- Helped developers to resolve both technical problems as well as human resources issues
Demonstrates leadership abilities to our clients with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules.
- Ensured products software upgraded, enhancements made on time
Conducts Risk Management studies for e-business projects in order to reduce the negative impact on the objectives.
- Project studies completed on time
Provides a development plan that meets the future needs of our clients and markets, based on the state‐of‐the‐art technologies.
- Future market and clients required development plan provided
Re-engineers existing products and processes to improve product efficiency in various areas as needed.
- Existing systems, applications upgraded
Works jointly with the respective working group members and other product related teams for Product approvals, ISG developments, launch activities and sales support training.

Conducts daily products scrum meetings to update business development.

المهارات
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration
- 8-10 years of experience to handle major transformation that includes:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role E-Banking
- 3-5 years of experience in sales to understand the product and its markets, project management or management in general
- Excellent computer skills
- Good in English
- Excellent knowledge of marketing, sales and development processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of BSF’s operations environment
