- Will manage IT projects from end-to-end and performing project management activities through out the life cycle of the projects.
- Prepare project charter, project estimation, project plans detailing all the activities to be done in the project and determining the deliverables to be produced out of the project.
- Validate demand /requirements for new business solutions or enhancements on existing solutions.
- To manage business applications development, manage projects with third-party solutions and customizations to meet business demands.
- Accomplish the project objectives within the approved budget and within the agreed timeline
المهارات
- Excellent skills in project management in software application development projects (PMP is Plus).
- Experience working in banking domain (banking regulatory projects is a plus) .
- Experience business analysis and managing business stakeholders and demands.
- Experience in documentation during various stages of projects.
- Exposure to different software technologies and IT trends.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong Supervisory skills with ability to motivate and develop subordinates and promote
- Strong resource management, prioritizing activities with resources.
- Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
- Ability to plan and co-ordinate projects and activities in parallel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good English language skills.
