We are looking for a skilled Digital Product Manager to work as part of cross functional teams to develop propositions through a series of sprints, with the objective of creating live products to be tested with real customers, forming the basis of future development and iteration. Reporting to the Product Lead, you will lead work on identifying the ‘jobs to be done’ for different end-customer segments, structuring primary and secondary research into insightful proposition ideas and proposals. Your mission is to develop and sell a solution to stakeholders that brings together a real answer to a customer need, remixing design patterns, understanding what can be built in software, and what the potential business model could be.
We're looking for people to help us build an industry-changing set of banking services. At a minimum, you need to have several years of experience in developing great products, and propositions and are capable of turning customer insights into products and services for our clients. We are mainly interested in making sure you have the right behaviors by default but we would also love to see you have experience in shaping the roadmap and backlog of work, supporting and directing the team in planning how the product will develop.
- Several years of experience with in product and proposition development; digital propositions highly desirable
- A portfolio of projects that you can talk us through, the end result, the process you took, tradeoffs you had to make, etc.
- Clear experience in turning end-customer interviews and insights into amazing products and services
- A history of building and deploying products and services that reflect the needs of your customers.
- A strong team player and great at building buy in and working with others.
- Exceptional team working, fun, high energy with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and outlook will be words that others will have used to describe you.
- Experience working in an agile manner across cross-functional teams
- Whilst speaking Arabic will take you places here, fluency in English is a must.
- Highly customer-centric with a passion to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
