This role manages, lead and supervise team of Risk projects on various streams and domains of implementation within RMG. This role manages end-to-end projects, policies and processes.
Accountabilities
- Guide and coach team to define and establish PMO standards to enable seamless execution
- Enablement and operationalization of PMO Support (planning monitoring & required escalations)
- Stakeholder management across Risk and IT function
- Setup and define standards of documents, processes, policies and procedures for the different areas of Risk Management to ensure that work is done according to set standards and quality control measures
- Oversee and leading from the front all communication and manages project managers in different streams throughout the project life cycle, monitoring, controlling and reporting progress against plan, taking corrective action where necessary in order to ensure projects are implemented on time and within budget
- Guidance on interpreting , translating and transforming regulatory guidelines into business requirements specifications
- Writing BRD and collecting all Business Requirements from Stakeholders;
- Doing UAT for all projects related to Risk Management including Core Banking and other related systems
- Team building and contribute in annual budget exercise
المهارات
- Bachelor degree Computer Science or Masters in business administration MIS
- At least 10-13 years, experience of regulatory projects implementations banking or consulting environment.
- In depth knowledge of the business, for which Information Technology solutions and services are being provided
- Strong anticipation skills
- Ability to translate and interpret complex regulatory guidelines
- Thorough knowledge of Information Technology trends and developments, limitations, and functional applications
- Excellent understanding of Project management methodologies, the Software development methodologies, architecture and CASE tools
- Shall be able estimate effort and evaluate high level design and architecture
- Thorough knowledge of the Bank’s technical infrastructure
- Good knowledge of functional and non-functional requirements
- Good Knowledge of System design and analysis
- Good knowledge of banking products and services
- Sound knowledge of relevant procedures and policy
- Capable to perform financial statement analysis and
- Has good computer knowledge and command over Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-developed report writing skills
- Written and spoken fluency in English
- Building team
