وصف الوظيفة
- Development and implementation of accounting related to retail products and digital operations in line with accepted accounting frameworks, supplemented with maintenance/update of parameter tables in FAH/GL and other related systems.
- Rectify any errors or lapse in product accounting and prevent their recurrence through updating procedures and necessary system enhancements in coordination with ISG, retail, digital banking and operations.
- Development and maintenance of accounting manuals for retail and digital products.
- Coordination with ISG to translate the procedures/manuals for accounting and financial control requirements to be incorporated in the IT systems
- Testing and implementation of new systems and post implementation hyper care support.
- Provide technical accounting support to various business lines and support divisions.
- Facilitate all user requests in relation to system updates and problem solving in relation to FAH/GL.
- Undertake and complete any activity / projects assigned by the manager related to accounting / banking.
- Filing and documentation of all the routines, activities and projects including backlogs as may be; maintaining and preserving audit trail.
- Support in clearing of audit inspections issues related to retail and digital banking.
المهارات
- Professional qualifications like CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA etc., technical knowledge (ERP, TCS Bancs) will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar environment.
- Thorough knowledge of IFRS and general accounting principles.
- Well conversant with banking activities specifically retail and digital banking products and services.
- Accounting scheme and manual development.
- Accounting systems development, maintenance and control.
- Project management skills.
- Good knowledge of Oracle ERP and financial reporting and analysis.
- Quick learning, team working and presentation skills.
