Internal Communications Manager duties and responsibilities will entail to leading internal communications function by supporting the development and executions of comprehensive internal communications strategies and change management projects; managing our relationship with agencies; working with stakeholders; aligning with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives and providing professional assistance in all areas of internal communications.
Accountabilities
- Executing bank wide communications & activity calendar, including internal campaigns with a strict timeline and locked prerequisite material/content to be able to deliver in a timely manner.
- Supporting our bank strategy by building our employer brand internally, increasing awareness & engagement with customer experience goals and execute change management projects related to communications function.
- Developing a working system to increase our efficiency in handling internal announcements and campaigns.
- Ensuring that internal communications tools are managed, updated, and controlled (intranet, internal screens, screen savers, phone screens, WhatsApp, Chatbot).
- Supporting in improving overall iNPS score for communications team.
- Measuring success of internal activities and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder (business line, communications agency, …etc.)
- Executing change management projects
المهارات
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in the market, in internal communications. At least 1 year in a managerial position.
- BA in related fields: Marketing, Advertising, Branding, HR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage different projects at the same time
- Analytical, creative, problem solver, collaborative and innovative
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bonus: Negotiation and public speaking skills
