Bankers Associate Program Brief
From the first day of joining The BSF Banker Associate Graduate Program you will be part of our vision and strategy to transform banking in the Kingdom.
Our one-year Graduate Program is designed to provide the knowledge and skills to start the journey within banking or associated disciplines. It is a combination of six-months classroom-based learning during which will be focusing on theory, technical best practice and leadership skills, followed by six-months ‘on-the job’ practical application working within a BSF department as a member of a team.
Based upon the graduate qualification and preference they’ll be allocated to one of the four professional streams detailed below.
1.General Business Stream:
This stream focuses on the core and operational side of banking and the product and services that are offered to our clients.
2.Digital Banking & Segmentation Stream:
An introduction to cutting-edge technology, to analyzing and managing Big Data, the process of client profiling and digital customer experience, and creativity and innovation within product design and development.
3.Credit & Market Risk Stream:
This program designed to provide the best global practice in credit and market risk analysis.
4.Finance Stream:
Focusing on understanding the methodologies behind established analytical tools and methods, to gain a deep understanding of topics such as Bank Analysis, Behavioral Finance and Data Analytics, in addition to required skills to ensure performance excellence within finance.

The goal of our program is to provide an immersive experience, plus the knowledge and skills to ensure our graduate are fully equipped for a successful and rewarding career within banking.
