This fresh graduate program has been specifically designed to groom our associates to easily and professionally contribute to BSF business needs. The Banker, puts Bachelor and Master’s graduates on the fast track to success in a high-performance and supportive environment.

The Banker aims to hire talented and highly motivated applicants and provide them with expert training and on-the-job training to create proactive and ambitious leaders.

Banking Associate Program “The Banker” recruits around 20 top Saudi graduates each year, The recruitment and selection criteria are rigorous, involving not only interviews, but also cognitive reasoning tests, personality profiling, panel interviews and group assessment centers.

Successful candidates are given extensive academic and practical training within a structured framework. Graduates are recruited for a career in a specific area of banking - Corporate, Treasury, Operations, IT, Audit, Accounting etc. - and are employed by the relevant business line from the moment they are accepted into the Bank. Our graduate intake is expected to provide the Bank’s future leaders and high fliers will be proactively fast-tracked through the organization.

Specifications:

- Saudi National.

- Age between 22 -28.

- Fresh Graduate or a maximum of 1 year professional Experience.

Academic Qualification :

Minimum of Bachelor Degree in the following areas:

• Information Technology

• Mathematics

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
