Job Description
Reports to : Debt Recoveries Manager
Department : Special Assets Management
Group : Risk Management Group
1. Locate and visit clients to service summons issued by Protest Office, CPC, SBDC, Civil Rights etc.
2. Prepare/submit mission reports to his immediate Manager summarizing developments concerning clients
3. Submission and follow up of claims with judicial bodies including Enforcement Court / Imarah / Ministry of Commerce – Negotiable Instruments Committee (CPC) etc.
4. Attend hearings, appointments, sessions at competent judicial/government bodies.
5. Discuss debt settlement issues with delinquent clients and conduct negotiations for debt settlement in adversarial condition as directed by SAM management.
6. Follow up for enforcement of judgments with Imarah, Civil Rights, Enforcement Court etc.
7. Develop and maintain professional communication with court and government officials.
8. Obtain and retain record of delinquent debtors' addresses, telephone numbers and related information.
Skills
3-5 years in Special Assets Management and / or Relationship Management in Corporate Banking
