Job Description
This position needs:
- Become the custodian Scheme Management and CDA along with maintaining Risk Data Mart.
- Ensure a perfect match between Policies and system parameterization.
- To develop products related policies through
- Champion/Challenger analysis which would further assist the Bank in maintaining a balance between the sales target and product portfolio delinquency percentage ratio.
Accountablities Description:
Scheme Management: Controlling the enrolment and reactivation of New and/or suspended schemes complying with the Scheme management policy in term of eligibility criteria and documentation criteria and classification.
Scheme Management: Monitor the Schemes Limit and ensure that all maximum limit utilized schemes will be reviewed and assessed and then to take an action in order not to reject any application for insufficient limit
Scheme Management: Portfolio Management and preparation by scheme including all Risk ratios analysis “SIR – CoR – NPL – NPL – Evolution - RAROC” and activity Analysis “Activity Statistics”, focusing on new and reactivated schemes, along with alert reports that presents all risky schemes and all Risk CPT’s to focus on them in term of follow up and collection cooperating with Business line and collection.
Scheme Management: Semi Annual Assessment that covers the full list of Schemes under all sectors, Assessment will consider “Risk, Activity , Profitability” aspects, and to produce a list of Schemes for relation extension and list of Schemes for relation suspension and to share the results with BL through REC, Assessment minutes has to be submitted to a relevant authority level at least once a year.
CDA: Ensure that the work flow of CDA in term of Rule sets and data methods and scorecard parametrization are all set as per the Retail Risk Policies and Criteria.
CDA: CDA Management by modifying ,adjusting ,implementing any required enhancements and/or requests approved by Risk/Business Line and performing UAT before moving to Production.
CDA: Champion Challenger functioning that will allow implementing any new strategy required by the BL and to see impact on a minimal percentage of applications.
Data Mart: Keep updating the Data mart cooperating with ITD with any new requirement or additional needed information to comply with analytical needs and BASEL regulations.
Data Mart: Develop all reports related to CRC Dashboard, Schemes Assessments using the Data Mart through SAS Tool.
Ongoing program/project delivery: Functional Specifications for IRB implementation for Retail Portfolio and provisioning.
Scheme Committee Management: and then to submit the results to a relevant authority for approval according to the Scheme management policy.
Management:- Lead the Team. - Be the Scheme Portfolio unit representative with other Business Line - Be the CDA responsible with other business line in term of Risk. - Responsibilities of solving issues and solving problems. - Maintain the quality and delivery of work.
Skills
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- MBA or CPA preferred, MBA in business, finance, economics or statics a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in the Risk Management with CDA experience
- Strong knowledge Retail products
- Strong CDA knowledge
- Excellent analytical, numeric, verbal and written skills
- Ability to analyze case files & take appropriate decision on them
- Ability to multitask & to work under pressure
- Proficient in use of computer hardware and software applications
