Job Description
1. Manages existing pre-defined set of Government Institution account relationships
2. New business development with existing or new customers including regular marketing calls to identify business opportunities
3. Enhance NCBD’s and CBD’s of government institution clients in BSF
4. Conversion of new government institution clients
5. Cross Selling of BSF Retail Products to the staff of government institution clients
6. Ensure timely submission and implementation of credit proposals
7. Active marketing and cross selling of various bank products offered by BBG and other business lines.
8. Regular monitoring of the customer relationship / and utilization of credit facilities.
9. Ensure the validity and legality of all transaction and documentation to secure and protect the Bank’s position against unacceptable levels of risk.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- University graduate preferably in finance or business/commercial discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in related banking field with exposure and network in Public sector.
Skills:
- Sound credit/ financial / market analysis skills.
- Sound knowledge of credit proposal processes and procedures.
- Sound understanding of all relevant SAMA regulations.
- Detailed knowledge of relevant BSF products/services.
- Sound knowledge of relevant BSF procedures and policy.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Well-developed report writing skills.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
