Level Details:
This position reports directly to the GTB POS Manager.
Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for coordinating between the POS and SAMA. As well as coordinating with the MADA Branding and supervise the whole team.
Accountabilities:
1.Monitoring the daily installations, maintenance and support and ensure to be managed within SAMA SLA.
2.Managing the archiving of POS.
3.Managing MADA Branding project.
4.Improving the time management skills for the POS Support.
5.Managing inventory of POS Terminals, applications, supplies and leaflets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma degree, with 3 years prior experience in a banking environment or University degree, with two years prior experience.
Excellent command of English and Arabic languages, both written and spoken.
Skills
Knowledge & Skills:
1- Knowledge in Electronic Banking products and have experience of POS terminals POS terminal functionalities.
2- Good command of Microsoft office productivity tools - Word, Power Point, and Excel.
3- Good knowledge of all BSF products and services.
4- Good organization and administrative skills.
5- Good team working and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
6- Negotiation and mediation skills to resolve conflict between different stake holders
7- Administration and Workflow Processing
8- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
9- Information Gathering, Analysis and Reporting
10- Good working knowledge of BSF Policies and Procedures and regulatory compliance
11- Ability to collect and produce MIS reports.
12- Ability to organize and prioritize work
